- All sales are final and non-refundable. If you are
unable to attend a performance, you may donate your tickets
to the BCO as a tax-deductible contribution. Please notify us
at (617) 423-3883 at least 48 hours in advance of the performance.
- Single tickets will be mailed to you up to ten days before
the concert.
- If you are ordering within 24 hours of the performance, please
call the Box Office at (617) 423-3883 to alert us of your order.
- If you are ordering within 10 days of the performance, your
tickets will be at the Will Call table in the Box Office at
the concert.
- If you are ordering well before the concert and you do not
receive your tickets within 10 days, please call the Box Office
at (617) 423-3883.
- Seating preference: If you have a preference for either
floor or balcony seating, please let us know in the "special
instructions" section of your order form.
- Accessibility Services: Faneuil Hall is wheelchair
accessible. If you would like assistance with seating or large
print programs, please let us know in the "special instructions"
section of your order form.
